vivre à colmar ou strasbourg

What struck me about Strasbourg was its livability. I’ve launched a Patreon Course: Earn Like an Artist. But maybe a week in Suisse Romand, somewhere on Lac Leman would serve as well. En recherche de calme et de détente ? If you are leaning toward a 2 night stay, then try Stras-the canal ride, the EU parliament buildings, The cathedral and Little France were all wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were great, it's in a convenient location and they provided a good breakfast. Train tickets between Strasbourg and Colmar cost 12.50 EUR ($14) each way and trains run frequently throughout the day. I also liked the University town feeling of Stras-lots of young people, lots of Europeans there for various reasons.

Les amateurs de sensations fortes ne seront pas déçus par les 59 attractions réparties sur 95 hectares. Strasbourg also has easy transit connections to Paris and all over Europe. I'd heartily recommend Hotel Guttenberg: http://www.hotel-gutenberg.com/uk/hotel-charme-strasbourg-site-officiel.php. We really enjoyed Colmar as well, but it is definitely a much smaller town-very picturesque but I'm not sure I'd stay there more than 1 night. I also took the train (< an hour) to Strasbourg for a few hours to see the Cathedral and also to stroll the main square and see their canals. We like to be in the center of things, and prefer places with charm and a warm welcome, price to 140 euros for a double room. Send p.m. if you'd like food recs. Two nights in Colmar in July-we loved the town; and think you'd want/need two as well. I will take a look at the others too (Hotel Rapp and Chez Leslie). So I guess my real question is, are there compelling reasons for choosing Colmar over Strasbourg, that would trump the convemience? There were a few days in between the end of The Video Summit in Leipzig, Germany, and my scheduled arrival in Paris. I stayed in Colmar for 2 nights this past July and really enjoyed the 'feel' of the town.

We absolutely adore the place. Essential Info: In Strasbourg I stayed at the Hotel City Résidence Strasbourg Centre. I wouldn’t have gone if not for them!). Both have fabulous architecture, a canal area, and a beautiful cathedral. De belles perspectives pour les personnes en recherche de nouvelles opportunités professionnelles. The Cathedral is magnificent!

And if there are swimmers in the river, you can be sure my husband will be among them. If there’s any country that I visit often but need to explore in more depth, it’s France. While Strasbourg is a big city, the old city doesn't feel particularly more modern or "big" than Colmar. Train tickets between Strasbourg and Colmar cost 12.50 EUR ($14) each way and trains run frequently throughout the day. I would say like others suggested that if you really dig small villages, stay elsewhere. Avec, à choisir, une petite préférence pour Bâle où les salaires sont particulièrement intéressants !
